Franz Navarette  is a professional photographer who makes photo shoots for leading brands, magazines or stores and occasionally wedding shoots or amateur model shoots for his friends. Due to the nature of his job he has to travel quite a lot and take his equipment and most precious camera to everywhere he goes. He interacts with many people from all backgrounds and from a large diversity of ethnicities in different countries. He has a style in dressing even he just dresses up casually. He pays serious attention on his breakfasts and he never misses one although he is not that careful for lunch or dinner. He has a considerably big and long breakfast rich in veggies and protein everyday. After breakfast he starts working on touch ups on his photos before delivering them to the client. This process usually takes 2 to 6 hours depending on the size of the work. He goes out for drinks once or twice a week but never misses a goblet of wine every night before going to bed. He has an extravert personality and he can connect with people easily.

Since travelling is a part of his life, he needs a reliable luggage which won’t fail him anywhere. Having the feeling of trust to his luggage he is not concerned about little things, which may turn into big when things go wrong, and he can focus on his work and enjoy the beauties of the country he visits. But there is a particular importance of his luggage for him because his job depends on his camera and he has to put his camera in a trustable and sturdy bag. Therefore, his Samsonite bag is a loyal companion for him at his travels. In addition to the durability of his Samsonite, he is amazed with the other practical functionalities of his bag like, many useful pockets and sections, cypher lock and the expendable body of the bag. On the other hand, he is also a style concerned person so that he also wants his bag to be stylish or at least not an ordinary bag. Samsonite satisfies him with its simple but elegant style and complements his image.

According to Susan Fournier brand relationships Franz’s relation with Samsonite is Marriages of convenience which can be defined as Long Term, committed relationship precipitated by environmental influence versus deliberate choice and governed by satisficing rules.

Day 1

Today is Tuesday second worst day of the week. I started the day early today since I had a photo shoot for a big mall which is currently restructuring their image. I loaded my second best camera in my second best Samsonite backpack in the second worst day of the week, I love to align things accordingly :)

I expanded the volume of my Samsonite backpack from the clips at sides as usual to fit my camera in it and I put my portfolio folder to the other section of the bag. I realized that I like the feeling of trust that my backpack gives me.

I had a nice and quick photo shoot and then did my processing works on the photos.

Day 2

Today is Wednesday. I had nothing to do today so I woke up late and had a big brunch in Bugis. After that I went to cinema and watched the Grand Budapest Hotel. It was a funny movie and I liked it.

In the evening I came back home and started to pack up my stuff for my 2 day visit to Jakarta for a photo shoot of a leading Fashion brand. I took only 2 shirts and a pair of spare pants. I placed my stuff in my Samsonite luggage bag which is light and convenient for my travels. Oh I forgot to add it s also ver sturdy! Or how else could I leave my camera in it?

Day 3

It is Thursday today. I woke up early in the morning to reach my flight at 10.15 am. I took my dark blue hard case Samsonite bag and got on the road.

The flight was smooth and nice so I had a chance to have a nap. I took my prearranged cab to my hotel to take a small rest before I went out to enjoy Jakarta!

In the evening I came back to hotel and did my arrangements for the photo shoot for the next day. I left my Samsonite on the table and now going to bed to enjoy a peaceful sleep :)

Day 7

It is Monday today. Wow I finish writing my 1 week diary for Samsonite today, time flies :) By this diary task I realized that I am connected with my Samsonite bags and they provide an important value for my life. I ve been using my Samsonite Luggage for around 7 years and haven’t noticed how sturdy it is and I never felt the need to buy a new luggage.

When I think of buying a luggage or backpack the first and only brand that comes to my mind is Samsonite so I think I’m a loyal user for the brand due to my good experience that I had. My luggage travelled more than 10 countries with me in my both leisure and business travels and I always enjoyed using it.

Today I came home after having breakfast out and stayed home the whole day. I was very lazy today. I watched 3 episodes of my favorite TV Show and wine. Time to say goodbye to my diary.

Day 5

A relaxed Saturday morning. Again I enjoyed my long sleep and delightful breakfast in Dempsey Hill with some friends. I left my Samsonite backpack at home today and went out light and free.

After meeting friends I came back home and had 2 hours to work on doing some Photoshopping on my Jakarta shoots. Soon I'm out for a birthday party of one of my friends.

Day 6

A lazy Sunday morning. I had hangover from the birthday party so I had a light breakfast with lots of coffee. I had a quick photo shoot at a newly opened branch of a large franchising restaurant chain.

I arrived at the venue in the evening with my fellow Samsonite backpack. I really like to go to my photoshoots with my Samsonite since it’s not only comfortable but also stylish and compliments my image.

Day 4

It was such a great Friday morning today. I took my camera and found my fellow cab driver in front of my hotel, he is so punctual. I had wonderful shoots on the streets of Jakarta, I really loved them. The models were so naturally talented and the light was great, luckily no rain today!

I dragged my Samsonite to the photo shoot locations with my equipment in it. I liked the feeling of a reliable companion who hasn’t failed me before.

Soon have to fly back. Good bye Jakarta! See you soon….
