Before the survey is commissioned, it is very important to find out the core market segments so that the survey can be positioned to hear from the target audience.
The team has studied annual reports, research reports and arrived at business and leisure travelers as the two core segments of Samsonite customers.
Taking into account Singapore dmographics, the team has decided to reach random sample of people in the age range 25-75 in all kinds of life such as business people, working professionals, housewives and college going adults.
